Placing your orders, terms and policies • HPE shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential loss, damage or expense directly or indirectly arising from the use of its products. • No agent, employee or representative of HPE has the authority to bind HPE to any other warranty. • This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other implied warranties, including any merchantability of fitness and of any other obligation on the part of the seller. • HPE is a custom manufacturer of components, assemblies and devices; all products are made to customer specifications. All liability, and product or performance claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. |
